Hello Friends,

How r u all doing?

I am feeling somewhat deserted today, not a quit a good day..

Was at home through out the day..

Back to home after a tired journey of vadodara city, remained busy through out week..

Slept throughout the night, and afternoon..

But still feeling some weight on my heart…  I don’t know why I am feeling so..

Perhaps i did not walked out.. or just can’t keep guessing..

No more words to right,

Thank you all.

What do employers look for when interviewing a candidate?
Work ethics, honesty, loyalty, confidence and problem-solving ability are some of the traits looked for in a prospective hire. The key four Es here are exposure, experience, expertise and excellence. A student from a reputed college, without work experience, would be considered as having an exposure to certain concepts and will be expected to demonstrate those in his application.

Dt. 5th Jan 2010- IndiaBulls Interview

Hello Friends,

It was one of the disappointing day as i was not selected in an interview for job at IndiaBulls Securities. I was not much interested in the job, the only thing which attracted towards the job is to secure myself with at least a placement call, and moreover its salary package was very attractive (3.2 to 3.6 CTC).

As i was not really interested in the job it gave me a mixed feeling, One to be happy for not selected ant other a disappointment for failing in the interview.

But I am happy at least I got an exposure and Moreover I believe that “Failures gives you a better chance to analyse yourselves, and in long term a base to success”

Thanks and Regards,

Navneet Singh Chauhan.

Hostel Incidence

Hello Friends,
Just sharing an incident which occurred in our hostel, on our first floor..
This incident took our breaths for a moment.
It was 21st December 2009, when we all were preparing for our last paper.
In our hostel there are guys of different departments of management like MBE, MSW, MLW and so on, one such guy lived in our hostel and the incident revolves around him.
He was alone inside the room, when his other room mate appeared.. He started knocking the door but he did not opened it despite several attempts.
After some time we all gathered at door and knocked the door like anything, truly speaking we even attempted to break the door..
Then his room-mate said today he was very sad as he got break-up from his Girl-Friend, and added he may have committed suicide.
