ये दिन है जबसे, ये रात है जबसे - तेरा मेरा साथ है तबसे
तेरा हूँ में, मेरी है तू, ये जहान है जब से.

हर जनम में मिले मिलते रहे और मिलकर जुदा हुए
यह जीवन मृत्यु का चक्र है जबसे
तेरा मेरा साथ है तबसे.

यह सिलसिला मोहब्बत का सुर्रू हुआ जबसे
में हूँ तेरा, तू है मेरी तबसे.

मिलोगी तुम आज या कल तेरा इंतज़ार है जनम लिया तबसे
शब्दों में बयाँ केसे करूँगा में अपनी मोहब्बत
जब यह शब्द भी न थे चाहा है तुज्को तबसे.
